Hi! We’re Vojta (left) and Mates (right) – two friends trying to build something meaningful with AI.
I’m Vojtěch Pszczólka, but everyone calls me Vojta.
I once dreamed of becoming a nuclear physicist. It didn’t work out, and life took me on a different path – into IT, fixing systems and solving problems for small businesses. But I never stopped thinking in systems and connections. I’ve always cared deeply about freedom, morality, and the why behind things.
In the summer of 2024, I decided to explore the world of AI – not because it was trendy, but because it felt like the right moment to try building something of my own. Something small. Experimental. Personal.
That’s how ChatMystery began.
Mates – real name Martin Berka – is the kindest, most persistent person I know.
Doctors told him for years he wouldn’t live long. He kept proving them wrong – by running, skydiving, and eventually writing bulletproof backend code. He works in enterprise app development and cybersecurity, but when we started this project, he didn’t hesitate. He just said: Let’s do it.
Mates builds the technical side of ChatMystery. I write the stories. Together, we’ve made something that’s not quite a game, not quite a book, but hopefully something intriguing.
We know it’s not perfect.
It’s rough around the edges, a little strange, and probably more ambitious than it should be. But it’s ours. We made it with care, and we’re proud of what it’s becoming.
